I think it is, the T-case is bolted to the same place, and that's the
end of the trans assembly

I did a swap from 5 speed to 3 speed auto, but it was a 2 door, seems
like we used the same driveshaft there too

3 spd auto and 5 spd manual are the same but the 4 spd auto should be shorter due to the increased length added to the auto by the overdrive.

I can tell you for sure that the driveshafts are not the same length.
