Not to hijack the thread but could you post up a picture of the where the hard top meets the body ?
Oh and if it was me I would build a super thrasher out of it, something to beat the brush with!
I will later today, it doesnt have the top on it, and i cannot remember how the rear of the top sits, but i do know where the front sits from my other tracker (RIP)
This little tracker was def. run hard and put away wet, both front inner fenders are bent upwards into engine compartment, throttle cable has been jerry rigged with a piece of wire. ignition switch tumbler has been ripped out, and is "F***" up beyond repair, i see a universal starter switch in its future,,, however i did get the engine started and it sounds really really good, almost better than my blue one.
I also had a little time to investigate the clutch issue, the clutch pedal was stuck to the floor, i inspected the firewall mount point for the cable, and looks perfect. The cable aslo moves freely, i found that the clutch fork lever had massive play, and upon moving it there is clattering noise coming from inside transmission bell housing, also on the drivers side of the trans there is a open hole about where the clutch fork lever rod might go, i am unfamiliar with how the clutch fork throwout bearing is designed, will be researching that today....
