I installed the RRO spacers today with the help of a friend and I thought I'd share the results.  It took us amateurs about 5 hours to install.  The front was a bugger on the first go around!
Measurements were taken at the same points on each bumper before and after installation.  The truck was also parked in the same location for for each set of measurements.  Front bumper Before: 14.75" / After 17"
Rear bumper Before: 14.25" / After 15.25"
My new set of tires arrived yesterday and will be installed Friday (if I can wait that long).  I'll take additional measurements at that time to see how much lift I gained.

Yes I am.  Hopefully first thing Monday.  It has a major pull to it!  I also will have to get a set of new shocks very soon.  This thing still has the stockers on it, rusted, rubber dry rotting, etc.  How much do the Rancho 9000's run I've been reading about in here?
I've got the Dunlop Mud Rovers 30 X 9.5 X 15 waiting on me.  
Another Question:  will these tires fit, and stay on, a stock wheel?  Or should I break it to the wife that I'll need new wheels as well... ?  Thanks,

they will fit but it will be close , but you could still tell her that it would be nice to have some spacers so i dont rub my "NEW" tires when i stuff them and you know how much those tires cost honey im just protecting my investment!Now if you need any mor excuses call me im full of them this is my 4th trail rig and im divorced???i wonder if that has anything to do with each other????hmmmmmmmmmm owell

I checked the measurements against the 235s and the 30s are only .25" wider.  I guess we'll know for sure very soon.
The other thing is I don't think the new matching spare will fit on the stock mount.  Any ideas/suggestions are appreciated.
Thanks for the excuses Bug...I think.  The wife is pretty sharp.  She already questioned getting coil spacers and tires BEFORE fixing the tranny (if it goes its a must fix ).

what type of spacers are did u put in? im looken to throw sum spacers in to im not to sure what is the best ones to go with

Take a look at some of the Jeep spare tire relocators or some name like that. Basically what it is, it bolts onto the 5on5.5" bolt pattern (which you have), and extends the mounting up and out some 2".  These bolt directly onto the stock mount. The mount now for the tire is higher and out. I'll see if I can find something what I'm talking about.

The only problem with that is that it puts extra stress on your back door.  I cut out a section of the rear bumper so that the spare will fit.  

So far (nock of wood) it hasn't stressed out the door and ripped the sheet metel.

Thats why Im running theCalmini rear bumper/ tire carrier! My fricken tire tore my back door in half!

Cool. You'll like it. That thing is so fricken tough. I was actually kinda suprised to see how its not nearly as heavy as I thought it would be.

I went with the Rocky Road Outfitters 1" (may have been 1 1/8") spacers.  The back two were fairly easy.  The fronts were a bear!  The cost was about $90 for the set of 4.
As for the new tires...SWEET!  Man, they look really good.  They fit, but rub pretty good during sharp turns.  My rig was a tow vehicle for the past owner and it still has the front tow bars mounted.  The tires hit these pretty good so I may have to take them off.  I really hate to though cause they've saved my plastic bumper a time or two.  
I've got an alignment scheduled for Thursday and then we'll try these new treads in the mud.  In about two weeks I'll be at the ORV park in hot springs.  They'll get a real good test there!
As for "lift" on the vehicle so far...the back started at 14.25" and is up to 16.75."  The front started at 14.75" and is up to 18.5" now.  It has a real nice stance now especially with the aggressive tires (working on some pics).  I'll measure true ground clearance this weekend.

aright thanx....i def gotta order a pair my tires but pretty nicely especially when there 3 or 4 people in my track......how long did they take to come? also i found a pair of coil spacers that lift 1 1/2 inches heres teh link ftp://http://www.sky-manufacturing.com/ any one know which is better?

I ordered my Dunlop Mud Rovers from Sam's Club and they were in the store in about 7 days.  We'll see how they hold up...
I think I'll try to fab up something for now to hold the spare.  I'd like a winch bumper for the front and the calmini rear sounds like the way to go.  Now to fund the project :-/  
Of course I'll need the suspension lift to support all that extra weight as well...
