A good machine shop might be able to get
you line bored and new bearings fitted, if they
can get the right size for the cam, it should work.

They will line bore the head to fit the new bearings.

ok ive got it totally tore down now... and there is this crusty powder everywhere, like oil but dry as can be... im thinkin that i might have to go ahead an take the oil pan off and make sure nothin is wrong down there...  or take and flush out the stuff just by running diesel fuel down the oil passages and hope that everything runs out when i have the drain plug out... we shall see....

Tryin all i know and what i can... too good of a (light truck) to get rid of for this lil thing to happen...

....................

Checked everywhere... No one but jeffmorris suzuki can get me a camshaft.... how wonderful... gonna cost out the rear.....

;D Well... Ive been waiting for this day!... put a the head back on, hooked up all connections, changed oil/filter...

Turned the key and off it went!,, now all i need is to find a limited-slip rear. and maybe a good 4 inch lift at least, for less than $1,500... or is that possible?
