Wow, the sami story pulling the suburban, is amazing.
THe most i've towed on the road was my landscaping equipment trailer with 2yards of top soil.
Thats 2 metric tonne.
I've got helper springs, between mu rear axel and frame.
Another time, my buddys dad called me up one spring day, and he need needed his trailer moved. He explained the trailer was stuck, and his van couldnt get any traction. Me assuming it was a small utility trail. I made my way to his house, when i pulled up he was sitting there trying to put some wood under the tire of this 30 foot camping trailer. The trailer had sat all winter long in the back yard on the grass, and it had drop about 5 inches on one side. The side that had sank one of th two tires had a flat. We hooked her up, and sure enough the tracker pulled the hug trailer from the rut on the dry land. It wasnt a far tow, about 30 feet but it sure pulled that bad boy out. He was so amazed that, 3 months later, he went and got a 2001, tracker two door for him self.
Amazing what these little things can do.
