Here's my bumper. It has 2"x4" x1/4" wall tube welded across the frame rails. Then I welded angle iron to the front of that for the mounts. On the back side of the bumper is the matching angle iron. There are holes in both pieces of angle to bolt the bumper on. The bumper itself is made of 10 gauge mild steel. It has 3 bends along the front face to match the curves of the front of the tracker and a top and bottom lip. It first started out as a steel step and had the top and bottom lips bent on it. I just notched the areas I wanted to bend and clamped it to a work bench and bent it by hand and welded it. It's very strong and not to heavy. Eventually I plan to mount a winch to the rail between the frame rails, this will sit behind the bumper and at that point I will cut a hole for the cable to come through. I will also mount some heavy plate to the rail and have it protrude through slotts in the bumper for recovery points. I made an identical one for my friends sidekick and welded the mount on and what not, so now they match.
Try to build your own if you can, it's good fun.
