Just completed the last battle of the spark knock. Took it to a second dealer and was told "As far as we're concerned, there is no problem". Won't recount the whole dialog but suffice it to say, they said its a fuel issue and that I should try another brand. Seems they forgot the copies of fuel receipts I provided that disprove their asinine logic.
Calls to ASMC have gone unreturned. No contact from the DM on this. Basically, I was told to get lost. So be it.
I have a 4-sale sign in the window, KBB says I can get 10K selling it outright. If not, I'll trade it to a dealer and get a Toyota provided they can at least they give me what I owe.
State inspection is due and I will take care of that so I can get rid of it asap.
Too bad things had to work out this way but now I know that Suzuki does not stand behind their products. I think Yankee Tim once described their 3-5-7 plan as .22 (as in too little too late). I am inclined to agree with him. Its plainly obvious I don't rate as a valued customer. That's ok. Without having to leave my town, I can cover over 60% of the new vehicle model available. So I won't go without a decent vehicle that's for sure.
Bottom line, Suzuki doesn't need me and I sure as sh*t don't need them.
Good luck to all. I probably won't be back here after I get rid of this vehicle.
